NEW RULES – (QUARANTINE)
❗️ Maximum number of visitors per room – up to 6 (SIX) people (all participants in the shoot).
❗️ Masks are compulsory 😷 for all visitors and studio staff when in common areas (reception, dressing rooms, toilets, waiting areas)
❗️ breaks between orders – halls undergo surface treatment (15-20 minutes)
❗️Antiseptic alcohol sanitizers are installed in each hall and dressing rooms for general use. Free disposable gloves and shoe covers are available at the reception.
Common areas, dressing rooms and bathrooms are washed every two hours or after each client with chlorine detergents.
❗️ Studio rooms and common areas are quartzed at the end of the day.
Take care of yourself and your loved ones and think of those around you.
Studio booking rules
Studio’s work schedule – 9:00 – 21:00 (or round the clock, by appointment)
! Renting studio halls outside of the studio’s work hours is possible with additional fee of +$50 to each hour of rent of the studio or makeup room.
Standard rent of one studio hall is from 2 hours.
Rental of the studio for 1 hour is possible at a cost of $500.
Studio rental extension (if there is free time) is 1 hour.
The studio is NOT available for rent by half an hour, 15 minutes, 5 minutes etc.
If the client has not released the hall after 15 minutes of the paid time – it is considered an extension of the hall for 1 hour. (If there is no room reservation after the client)
ATTENTION! Cancellation or postponement of the shooting after the payment – a refund of 50% of the paid amount of the reservation. Full paid reservation amount is not refundable.
If you cancel or transfer a shooting less than 3 days (72 hours) before the paid reservation – the payment is not refundable.
An extra charge of 100% of the rental price (double tariff) is applied for groups of over 10 people, including people in common areas of the studio. In this case, an additional room to accommodate people is provided.
10 people – the maximum number of participants in one room, more than 10 people – double tariff (to be discussed with the administrator).
IMPORTANT!!! Conducting photo days, master classes, presentations, castings, filming – $ 500 / hour + paid cleaning (necessarily discussed with the administrator).
IMPORTANT: The use of confetti, sequins, feathers, glitter, candles and open flame in the halls WITHOUT the consent of the administrator is strictly FORBIDDEN! Penalty – $500 (for additional hour to clean the hall).
IMPORTANT! Please note that the studio can not guarantee the possibility of recording a clean sound.
DISCOUNTS! There is a special offer for photo and video events. Our studio is interested in holding events with general target audience and ready to offer loyal conditions and special rates for such master-classes. As well as to assist in their organization and holding or become a media partner of the events.
Rules of studio usage
Entrance to the studio’s halls is allowed only with changed shoes or shoe covers (issued by studio’s administrator). Important!!! Warn models about the need for a clean change of shoes.
Tenant agrees to keep the halls clean and leave the room clean. Equipment and furniture should be set in their places after the shooting.
Managers of the studio are not responsible for the lost or forgotten items. Be careful!
For security purposes, the studio is video monitored and serviced by the security organization.
Smoking in the studio is only allowed when creating a model’s stage image (strictly by agreement with the administrators). In all other cases smoking is possible in the halls on the balconies or near the front door.
Please NOTE: Using confetti, glitter, candles and open flame in the halls is STRONGLY FORBIDDEN, WITHOUT the consent of the reception! Penalty – $500 (for cleaning).
Forbidden!!! It is strictly prohibited to stick stick sticky tape, tapes, scotch tape on the walls of the studio, as well as drill holes and install fixtures without the consent of the administrators. Penalty – $500 (for cleaning).
The studio and administrators are not responsible for the things left outside the rented studio halls. The things can be kept only in the rented hall during the rented time.
The studio administrators do not accept personal belongings for storage in the studio premises.
Administrators reserve the right not to allow persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs to enter the studio and to remove them from the studio without reimbursement for the rented time.
Shooting with animals is made by agreement with the administrators.
Force Majeure. If it is technically impossible to shoot at the time already rented and paid for due to circumstances that do not depend on the studio and its staff (power failure, fire, flood, earthquake, etc.) – studio staff have the right to reschedule the paid time for another convenient day for the customer or refund the full advance payment to the customer.
