Treating Customers To A Free View

At Mosaic, we strive to be a friendly and approachable company that delights our customers. So I am pleased to announce that we are giving our existing Mosaic Archive customers free studio (unlimited) access to Mosaic View for as long as they stay customers.

This is exclusively for customers who were Mosaic Archive customers before we launched Mosaic View.

This is our way of saying thank you for our customers long-term business. It is because of their patronage that we are a stable and growing business that can invest in new product innovations like Mosaic View. We have grown through good word of month reviews from our existing customers. We have many more surprises and new features coming for all of our customers in the near future.

We are proud of the little things we do to delight our customers. Many of you have received our packages of Smarties and Lifesavers in our external hard drive mailings.

Occasionally we send little thank you gifts to our clients. (Little bottles of New Hampshire maple syrup are one of my favorites to send.) Each employee has a small monthly “delight” budget that can get spent on making a customer happy with a random gift. We also love receiving photos and notes from our customers. They are all proudly displayed in our office.

We recently stopped writing hand written thank you notes to new customers as we started growing too quickly, but we promise to maintain our customer support standards and personal touches as we continue to grow and scale the business.
